Psychic Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of all psychic reading services provided by Alan Curtis via alancurtis.co.uk. By booking a session or engaging in any paid service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Services and Disclaimer

1.1. Entertainment Purposes Only: All services provided, including psychic readings, mediumship, and spiritual guidance, are for entertainment purposes only. The insights and information shared are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as factual.

1.2. No Professional Advice: Our services are not a substitute for professional advice. Alan Curtis is not a medical professional, therapist, financial advisor, or legal expert. You must not use our services to replace consultation with a qualified professional for medical, psychological, financial, or legal issues.

1.3. Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on the information provided during a session. We do not accept any liability for any decisions made by the client as a result of a reading.

2. Client Eligibility

2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to book a reading. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2. Personal Responsibility: You are required to be of sound mind and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol during your session.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking Confirmation: A session is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

3.2. Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

4.1. Cancellations by the Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your payment.

4.2. Cancellations by Alan Curtis: In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled by us, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4.3. No Refunds for Service Dissatisfaction: We do not offer refunds for services rendered if you are dissatisfied with the reading itself. The non-refundable nature of the service reflects the time and energy committed to the session.

5. Confidentiality

All information discussed during a reading is considered strictly confidential. We will not disclose any personal information shared by you to any third party without your express consent, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Alan Curtis or alancurtis.co.uk be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, emotional distress, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
