2. Products: Digital Content

2.1. Nature of Products: All products available on our shop are digital content (“Meditation Tracks”). They are non-physical, downloadable goods that are delivered to you electronically. No physical products will be shipped.

2.2. Licence for Use: When you purchase a Meditation Track, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not distribute, reproduce, sell, or share the content with others.

2.3. Copyright & Intellectual Property: All content, including the Meditation Tracks, is the property of Alan Curtis or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

3. Orders & Billing

3.1. Order Acceptance: Your submission of an order does not signify our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on digital file availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention team.

3.2. Accurate Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all purchases. This includes your email address, payment details, and any other necessary information, so we can complete your transactions and deliver the digital product to you.

3.3. Payment Security & Fees: All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, such as Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. Any card processing fees are handled by our payment gateway and are not an additional charge from us.

4. Delivery

4.1. Digital Delivery: Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a secure download link for your Meditation Tracks. If you do not receive this email within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you waive any right to a refund or exchange, in line with legal provisions for the sale of digital content in the UK, EU, USA, and Canada.

5.2. Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Files): We will provide a replacement or a refund if a Meditation Track is found to be defective (e.g., the file is corrupt or a different track than what was ordered). If you experience such an issue, you must contact the design agency John Wilson Design hello@johnwilsondesign.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase, providing a detailed description of the issue.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of this Website and our shop is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please refer to that document for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and other applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
